Canceled my reservation 2 weeks before my stay, I booked months ago. No email or notice of any kind. Only reason I knew was because they refunded my credit card. Very disappointed in this company.
First time using Sonder. Very good experience. The only complaint is the cost to get early check in.
Nice, clean, good location.
We had a great stay at Sonder! The apartment was exactly like it looked in the pictures. The kitchen was great and big, having two bedrooms and bathrooms was awesome. We love Northloop so this location was absolutely perfect. Much more room than a hotel which was great!
