While there is no personal service for the apartment you would be staying in, it is attached to a full service hotel with a wonderful concierge and bellman services who will direct you on how to get to your fob and to the apartment, which is a little tricky but once you get it, it's fine. The apartment is clean and spacious, but towels and TP are very limited (washer / dryer though). The location is excellent - walkable to everything in downtown Dallas. I would stay here again.

a bit confusing check in but overall worked out. the room was really nice though.
Great apartment with everything we needed to make our week long stay comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and dishes. There is laundry in the unit. The bed was comfortable and had lots of extra pillows. We appreciated there was a second half bath. The bedroom was tucked in the back of the unit and was very quiet. There was more hallway noise when in the living room but that's expected from a shared building. We didn't hear any noise from apartments above or below us.
