Experienced my first singleton and c section with my Labrador yesterday. Thank you to Dr. Sondel and staff for making it a positive experience. I was scared to death about the whole thing.
Let's just say that my newly adopted, 34 lb side kick, Bullet, can be a little bit of a Tasmanian devil at times as we work through some fear issues. Dr. Frankenthal and the entire SFVC staff were extremely caring and accommodating of Bullet's needs as he met his new veterinary family. Dr. Frankethal was more than understanding of my concerns and answered all of my questions as we tried to keep Bullet's "talking" contained in one room. Everything they do, puts the needs of my side kick first! Thank you!
Dr. Jesse Sondel was absolutely wonderful. He took beautiful X-rays of my pup's hips and elbows for OFA and also took his time when reviewing them with me. He was well worth the 2.5 hour drive. Thank you!
We took our puppy "Brian" to see Dr. Sondel tonight! I worked in the veterinary field for 5 years and he just exceeded all my expectations of what a vet does! What a genuine person and caring vet! His front desk staff were so sweet and welcoming! So excited that this is our new vet!
The day I stressed about for a long while was made easier by Dr. Frankenthal and Lora. They were both extremely caring, calming and thorough! A big thanks to everybody in the clinic for your friendliness and promptness! I will be bringing my newest addition there next week. ���
