Very disappointed would give you 0 star if had that option. My first two visits were great — I had a cleaning, and my original doctor fixed five teeth. But for my third appointment, things went downhill. First, they tried to reschedule an appointment I had booked a month in advance. Then, when I arrived, they had switched me to a different doctor without telling me. The cleaning was so painful that I couldn’t even finish it, and my gums bled for the rest of the month. I am really disappointed with the dental hygienist here. She was really rude to clean my teeth and charged me on the things she said these are “gifts”. I had my teeth extracted before with the doctor here, which was a great experience. So I decided to hygiene my teeth. But I was treated very badly with my teeth bleeding for a lot. Got swell for several days. Even I am covered under my insurance, I am not appreciate she charged me without my permission. Will never come back again.
I’ve been a patient at Somata Dental for many years, and I can’t recommend them enough. They’ve taken care of a lot of cavities for me over the years, and I’ve always been impressed with how careful and thorough they are. I always feel like I’m in good hands, and I trust them completely with my dental care. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for a great dentist!
