Dr. Shroff is one of the most caring and understanding doctors I've had. She treated my breast cancer 2010-2011. When the breast cancer metastasized in 2016, she was the one I turned to. She knows me and what is important to me. She takes time for my questions and answers them in a way that I can understand. She encourages me in this fight and works to make sure my quality of life is what I want. She also relates well to my family, which is very important to me.
This is my first visit to Dr Schoff. She was very friendly and patient. The only thing is, I waited too long in the room only to be told that they havent gotten the report they needed to prescribe my medication, and not much of a discussion. I have noticed that the staff up front need to pay closer attention to the time of appts, and how long patients are waiting in the lobby area. Overall, the staff is very friendly and courteous.no problem.
She is a excellant doctor and very caring. I would recommend her to anyone who needs her services.
Dr. Shroff is one of the most kindness Doctors I have ever met.. She not only is my Doctor, she was my husbands doctor.. He was a very difficult patient, didn't like drs.. and let her know that at first.. at the end, he thought the world of her... if she had told him to stand up side down in a corner , he would have done it.., he had that much faith in her...She has a heart that cares and listens...Yes , I said listens,, she doesn't rush her patients . It isn't all about the buck!!!!!
