The parking was difficult. There wasn`t a lot of parking and it wasn`t very handicapped accessible. Having a 91 year old in a wheelchair and having to walk through the heat and find parking and getting in the building was very difficult.
The office is very nice. The staff is spectacular. I could not be in better hands. But the new Winter Park location is difficult to navigate.
I appreciated everything everybody did. I think they did a good job, the clinical staff as well as the clerical. I would definitely come back there again.

Competent, empathetic, trustworthy, and a good listener. These are attributes you want in your physicians but especially in your oncologist. I should add consistent. She is consistently late but so worth the wait because you know she will take the time you need no matter how far behind she is. Dr. Shroff will be there for you and with you.

She is knowledgable in her field, respectful and pleasant, and I trust her with my care. My biggest concerns are with staff. They are kind and capable. But with all the turnover, sometimes I have to remind them of things, and don not feel that they know my chart and needs as well as earlier nurses did.

Dr. Shroff is a very thorough physician, she wanted to check every avenue before giving me a diagnosis. I really appreciated that. She then explained her reasoning for the testing she did. She also explained the medication she was administering , she assured me that I could call if I had any issues or concerns. Very attentive and positive. She was great, I would definitely refer her to friends and family should they need an oncologist . Dr. Shroff is the best!

At the front of this team is Dr Shroff. I still remember her walking me through my options on New Year's Eve 2019 when she confirmed my diagnosis. Were it not for her thoroughly touching on every area Cancer impacts, I wouldn't have my daughter. She's a Coach, Cheerleader and Advocate all in one. And her team is great too. I'd recommend her to anyone that's going through this fight. You need a Doctor that cares and is there to support you every step of the way. That is Dr Shroff.
