It is rare that I don't have any problems when ordering takeout over the phone! Not only did Son of Thurman's make it as painless as possible to order, when we got the order, there was not one thing wrong with the order. As always they were some tasty burgers!! It is with out a doubt we will be eating there again and highly recommend it to anyone in the area!!
Ordered 3 burgers to celebrate my son’s last day of school. Drive to pick up 3 burgers. Get home and unpack a bunch of wings, onion rings, a sandwich, and a burger (not one we ordered). Called 25 times to try to report the mistake, but couldn’t get through the fax machine. (Really? Fax machine?) Finally decide to eat the food we didn’t order because we’re hungry and it’s just gonna get tossed in the garbage if we take it back. We went in tonight to support our local business, the owner couldn’t thank us enough for coming in. He said thank you numerous times. The food was excellent as well. If you need take out, support them. He’s doing this for his employees to make sure they get paid.
A truly great restaurant and fun atmosphere for the entire family. I highly recommend Son Of Thurman!
don't waste your hard earned money on this place!
My boss and I went for lunch. She has a Service Dog. A YORKIE! He was laying on the seat with us. And this guy comes and says he’s not to be on the table, when he most definitely was not. Then after we ate and was waiting on our bill he comes up and says I just called the Health Department and he isn’t allowed anywhere besides underneath the seat. He was so rude, and had to call the health department for what? I will never eat there again. And if you have a service animal, this is not the place to take them if you’re eating.
we was there yesterday and set at the bar while 3 of the employees walked all around us and never said anything! 😠! And the menus that were laying on the bar were nasty and sticky and disgusting! most never clean THEM! then a girl that most of been the bar tender was making a drink and never even turned around to look at us and acknowledge us! So. i told wife lets get the Hell out of here ! just piss me off! !
