Terrible food and service. The meat tasted old and was overcooked, the pretzel appetizer tasted like the frozen pretzel bites from the grocery store deep fried. Weve been to the original on Thurman Ave several times but dont find it kid friendly so we decided to try the Delaware location. We wont return to any location because of this experience.
Our first time-and only time-to patronize this restaurant. We decided to have lunch in Delaware, saw SOT, and chose to have a beer and lunch there. As soon as we were seated, the server asked what we wanted to drink. We told her that we needed a couple minutes before ordering. She threw the menus on the table, brought us water and never returned to take our beer or food orders even though she looked our way several times, conversed with the other server, and was not busy.
