This is such a wonderful place to get the best seafood. We had the mahi mahi and flounder which were both excellent.
Man.. disappointed to say the least. $82 for overcooked rubbery shrimp and scallops, and paper thin old fish n chips. I’ve attached photos for relevance. I saw this place on TikTok and have been looking forward to it our entire trip. I was the only one picking up when I stopped in for lunch… so very confused how the quality dropped so much for this compared to other reviews.
Best seafood place in Avalon. We eat here every year and have ordered so many different things and it’s all been hot, fresh and so delicious! We started bringing family and friends along as well and they graciously host our large crowd. I will say if you are going with a larger group, maybe eat on the earlier side. They do get busy and rightly so!
We waited for around 45 minutes for our food. Various other groups that arrived after us, received their food/orders before we did. The other groups' orders were of equal size to ours. The staff (made up of all teenagers) was completely unaware of where our food was and how long it would be, every time we tried to ask them where our food was they would stare at us like they didn't speak english.
