After leaving a one-star review and being contacted directly, we were able to determine that the fault was not on Somnos, but on the prescriber for omitting necessary documents for insurance. Jackson and Tammi have successfully taken care of everything in three days and we have an appointment scheduled for 2 days later. Sometimes you just have to speak up to get things resolved, and these guys responded quickly and effectively.
We have been trying for weeks to get a replacement CPAP, and for some reason they keep saying they aren't getting the paperwork needed though we've sent it multiple times multiple ways. So has our prescriber. No effort at all, not like someone's life literally depends on it. They had a lot of mask options which is nice. Heather was fantastic to work with.
my doctor referred me to bryan for my sleep test and they wanted $900. That just was not something I could do and I called around and somnos was $300. If you get sent to bryan ask for somnos!
People are nice to work with and RT is very helpful but it is nearly impossible to get in during their hours since I work M-F. No week night or weekend hours mean I have to take time off work to make the trip to their location.
