Great glasses! Game changer for myself and some clients!
Much comfier to wear than the Uvex orange safety glasses I was using before but they block blue light just as well. Avoiding the computer for several hours before bed is completely unrealistic for me so using blue blocking glasses is a great alternative. I've noticed a big improvement in how rested I feel in the morning since I started using them.
I like them very much. I am using them every night before sleep. I have big impact on time going to sleep. I used to go to sleep after midnight. Now, I go to sleep before midnight. I will continue to use them. These glasses are very effective! I received a pair of BlueBlockGlasses as a gift from a friend who was concerned about my sleeping habits at night and my complaints of how hard it is for me to fall asleep. He gave them to me with the admonishment to wear them at night to try and calm my brain and fall asleep quicker.
