I have actually lived in three different apartment units over the past five years at the Vacaville location. Overall I have found this apartment complex to be comfortable and relatively peaceful but, above all, it's in a great location with multiple easy access routes to the nearby highway. Specifically, Shanna has always been easy to talk to and extremely patient and helpful. The maintenance staff has been professional and efficient as well. Nice area with terrible security. My car had gotten broken into and the dirtbags actually were successful with stealing some stuff out of it. Mangers NEVER called me back or apologized for the incident. Cars continue to get broken into a month after even with "security patrolling the area." People want to feel safe when they come home and I do not. That's not okay. Can't wait to move out!
It's a nice place, but the security is not great, the lighting for the parking is insufficient. My car and my brothers car was broken into within a month. Another neighbors car was also broken into in the same time period. Don't feel safe coming home late at night.
Maintenance staff and office are INCREDIBLE.. Love living here. It is truly home. ❤️
I stayed at Sommerset for almost 3 years, until I bought my first house. I love my house but I miss the gentleman who was always there to fix things!!! It was a luxary to have such a well maintained home. Of all the apartments I have rented this one was the best. Clean, safe, and if I ever needed something the maintenance man was able to fix it promptly. He was friendly and well mannered. I wish he was here to fix my ceing fan !!!!
The Maintenance people are awesome!!! you can tell they truly care about creating a great community to live in.
