I purchased a new 2020 Subaru Outback from Sommer’s five years ago, and in that time I’ve had to replace 12 tires due to excessive wear on the inside edge of the rear driver’s side. The car currently has 83,000 miles on it. One round of tires only lasted 15,000 miles. Each of these tires were tires which Sommers recommends. MAJOR ISSUES: We took my car in for a recall notice. The car needed additional maintenence we knew about, and then we found out it needed a complete engine rebuild- They were amazing through the whole thing, but I have a poor warranty company so it took a while for the issues to be resolved. I got my car back after a month to have a hard engine idle issue, so it was taken back. They didn't reinstall the vacuum pump correctly. Found a car online, was told it wasn't ready for sale yet.
Edit: after we received our car back, something was still wrong with it. They ensured it was complete at no extra charge, which was fantastic. We have had nothing but good to say about Sommer's Subaru. We received a recall service notice from Subaru, and scheduled our 2017 Forester into Sommer's for the replacement. EDIT: I have received my car back, and after all of the work they did, my engine is idling hard since the day we got it back- It was not idling hard or driving loud before we took it to them. The car has had an engine rebuild and a part that allegedly keeps the engine from shaking replaced. Since we received it back on a Friday, and it is Labor Day weekend, there's been no opportunity until Tuesday to tell them about it.
