I took them my wife’s wedding ring that I had sized at another jeweler in Tucson and it was very uncomfortable and I couldn’t get any more help from this high-end Jeweler so Justin took a look at it. He said I know what to do. I gave him the ring. I came back two days later and it was better than brand new. It fit her perfectly. He is one of the best GOLDSMITH in the state of Arizona two others had worked on it and we’re horrible… the place is busy you may have to wait but it’s worth it. It’s busy for a reason. They were closed. Not open often for whatever reason.
Had a ring resized for my fiance and they had it done in a day! Even gave me a nice ring box with a light and a bag. Very nice very professional and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for the fast turn around and professionalism will definitely be returning. Also they do an amazing job with glass repairs!
When I went into this place it was a turn off. The place is dirty and dark it was hard to read the tags. On top of that I was inside their place for about 15 min. and NO one even came up to me and offered help or even acknowledge my existence. There were 3 people working in there. One at a desk who did not move. and one customer at the front. A Totally different experience at Gerrish. They were very helpful and the store is immaculately clean. I will never go back to Sommers after this experience.
