Great service at a very reasonable price.
My first and last time patronizing this business! I needed a new watch band installed on my watch. I supplied the band and all they had to do was supply the 2 pins and attach the band (a 5 minute job) They charged me $25! The woman claimed the pins were $5 each and $15 for labor! Amazon sells boxes of 360 assorted size watch pins for $6.99! ( Also comes with the tool) This is a very simple, easy job that I have done many times myself over my lifetime. Had Rolex questions. No answer or voicemail with phone, no email listed, closed during normal business hours. Why bother folks?
We’ve been going to this business for 30+ years. I will say there are some nice individuals here. One not being Jenny Lynn-I had to finally found out her name because Justin has been great and another younger girl was wonderful. There is a lack of customer service. Perhaps she should not be upfront with customers and work in the back area, she seems to not be a fan of people.
