Absolutely invaluable. Uli performed the inspection on the first home that we purchased and I requested her specifically for the second home that we purchased. I am not sure that in my life I have ever seen someone be more scrupulous. She does not miss an inch of the homes that she inspects. Her reports are 50+ pages and include photographs and detailed descriptions of findings down to the stoppers in a bathroom sink.
