Not honest! Waste of my time and money! Short skiny older guy is rude and greedy! Never go back ever I hope they go out of business! Called ahead for info on random parts said they "have a bunch" of the stock alloy rims I was looking for and they would be $40 each, headlight 30. Drove 85 miles each way to get there. Waited for 20 minutes before they even spoke to me and they were not busy. Told me to go find parts on my own. They lied to me and didn't have any rims I asked for specifically to fit my truck wasted over an hour... read more

I wish I could give less than one star Absolutely horrible customer service. Very nasty on the phone bad attitude and they sell garbage. The stuff they try to pass off as good is an absolute joke. I couldn't believe they talk to customers the way they do when they are the ones selling crap. Not tested nor could it even be passed off as scrap. Avoid this place like the plague. Bad reviews for a good reason. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE STAY AWAY!

Overpriced and crappy service Staff is rude, really can't be bothered with you. After all, you're just a customer. Prices are through the roof. Twice or three times what the self-service yards charge, even if they do have you go after the part yourself.

scam shop Was looking for a GMS (gas mass sensor.) They had one and provided a reasonable quote so I agreed without trying to negotiate...until I found out that they would not let me test it and would not let me return it. They sounded like a broken record and kept saying "if you don't know you need it, then don't buy it." It was never a question of whether I needed it or not. They kept trying to twist the situation into me abusing them for wanting to return a part when it didn't "solve my problem." I was never interested pl... read more

I was told the part was sure to work Communicate to your customers if the chance is less than 100% that the part will fit.I came in from a long way out of town and told them so. Maybe that was my mistake. The guy that helped me told me the starter he gave me would fit, but it turns out that there's more variety than he led on. I wish that he would have informed me (like he did when I called back) that there was a high possibility I didn't have the right part. My mistake for thinking you care about your customers.

They fit the cliche The man I spoke to was professional, and said my parts would be ready for me when I got there. When I arrived, the guy at the counter was rude, didn't have my parts and told me to "go out back and look". I found someone out back who would help me, but he didn't speak english. Long story short, I ended up leaving with the wrong part. When I went back, they said they didn't have the right one and they wouldn't return the first one because it was "used". In the end, I went to NAPA.

Very Fair Picked up old car that barely ran and they paid me a very fair price to haul the vehicle away for me. I would use their service again and refer them to friends and family.

AUTO WRECKERS!! Not much you can actually use here for parts because they stack their cars on top of each other 4-5 deep. Everything is smashed as they spear vehicles thru the windshields with this giant forklift and move cars around. Clearly they value scrap metal much more than used auto parts. And good luck on check-out...the guy behind the counter tells you how much he thinks a part should be when you bring it up. No price lists and there is no negotiation. Much Better off going ANYWHERE else. Good Luck.

I left frustrated. They told me they had "a bunch of" the part I was looking for (a car door) and that I could look at them all and pick the best one. I drove 25 minutes to get there, and when I arrived waited another 40 minutes while they looked and looked and couldn't find any for my make and model. The two guys in the yard were very friendly and helpful. So I spent 90 minutes getting there, waiting while they looked, and finding out they didn't have what I needed - after they told me on the phone that they had "a bunch" of... read more
