Very delicious dessert spot after a good dinner, but it was very slow when I visited this place one night because they had one person working and he was doing his best with such a large crowd. I wasn’t a fan of that at all. Way too long. Especially on a weekend, make sure there’s at least two people. It’s not fair to the person working.

Quick, delicious, and great value. Somisomi in Japantown is a fantastic spot for taiyaki lovers. Ordering is super easy via tablet—minimal interaction needed if you're shy. It took some time till my order was ready, even with only one person ahead of me. I got one red bean and one custard taiyaki—hot, crunchy, and perfectly sweet. Absolutely loved it and will be back.
