Love somisomi! This location is super quick and workers are super friendly. Got the matcha green tea and cookies n cream swirl upside down. Their soft serve never disappoints!
First and last time coming here. Walked in and Choco behind the register yelled “be right with you” across the store with a nasty attitude, then immediately said “there is self service if you want.” without even greeting us!! Managers, don’t put people like Chico at the register if they’re going to make customers feel like a burden for walking in. Customer service costs nothing, and his attitude was completely unprofessional.
