We have been coming here for years and it’s just gotten worse every time we go. There’s no quality control anymore. Staff gets panicked when there’s more than one customer. It’s sad. We love this place and have been so happy to see it thrive through the years.
VERY RAW UNDERCOOKED INSIDE.MASSIVE STOMACHACHE DUE TO RAW DOUGH, this is unacceptable . Keep on increasing prices now its 10$ for only 5 taiyaki with tax .RIDICULOUS . Staff isnt that welcoming . Food is made in a rush and has barely have any stuffing you have to eat all the raw dough to finfmd maybe less than half of tea spoon of " flavor" . Was very excited to come here and got here around 8:30 and was told they aren't serving anything but ice cream and websites said closed at 11. Please do better. Don't be open if you are only going to be serving 1 thing.
The hours are wrong it closes at earlier waisted gas.
Asked Google for Frozen yogurt at Ontario Mills, this place was listed. It only has soft serve ice cream, didn't try any product since dairy disagrees w me. 3 star rating reflects Google inaccuracy on search result, not the business.
