Nothing against the people working there, but they get so busy and only ever have one person doing everything, it's insane. They ran out of most of the flavors as well. Whoever manages this place needs to do better. When everything does work it's great, but leaving everything to one person is ridiculous.

The wait times are unbelievably long. If you go after 8 PM, there’s only one employee working, and he’s clearly overwhelmed. They should at least inform customers upfront if the order will take an hour. Instead, you place your order and only then discover how long the wait actually Is.

i loveeeee somisomi taiyaki. come here twice a week. my fav is the matcha custard as it has the right balance of sweetness. but it was out of stock on days when i came the hotteok flavor is good as well, but way too sweet. btw how come the owner schedules only one employee on shift??? that's terrible tbh.

Somi somi is my favorite dessert place ever. I have to come from up north since they only have one location now. The instagram account said there would be matcha banana swirl, when I got here they had completely different swirls. Only ONE out of two of the machines was working so I couldn’t even try the new flavor. I drive all the way for certain flavors and swirls so it was disappointing. I hope they’ll improve in the future because I love this place and want to keep coming here.
