Product taste is good but the service is horrible Only one person running the register and then preparing the order. Its not a good experience. It’s excruciatingly painful to wait and see this sequential process….
Love the concept this ice cream place has with unique waffle shapes with either different filling options. One of the things this place offers which most don't are the unlimited toppings (there are many different types - See photos) you can get on top of your soft serve ice cream. Unfortunately, they ran out of Taro flavor when I was visiting, however, the Ube and Banana Milk flavors were really good.
The place used to be great but i think of late it has become understaffed to the point where the wait times have become impractical. Also most staff seems to be new and under training which increases the wait time further
