About this business

Established in 2007, Somewhere in Bangkok is Southington's family-style Thai restaurant. We serve both well-loved dishes like Pad Thai and Pad Kee Mao (Drunken Noodles) as well as lesser known (but still delicious) dishes like Som Tum (Papaya Salad) and Thai curries. After your meal, we also offer a selection of homemade cakes ranging from our signature coconut cake, almond coffee cake, to crepe cake. We're open for lunch, dinner, and would love for you to come visit us!

Wow. This place is amazing. Everything we ordered was delicious and the food came out very fast. The deserts were to die for. You MUST try the coconut cake.

Business response:

This Thai restaurant was very busy on a recent Friday night when we were there. The staff was friendly and very helpful. (When one of us ordered Panang Curry, medium spice, we were advised that the dish was already pretty spicy, and maybe we didn't want to add more spiciness. Turned out to be a good suggestion.) The entrance to the restaurant parking lot is through a car dealership, so it's a little tricky at night.

Tonight was our first time eating Thai food. It was delicious and I'm still talking about the fried banana and coconut ice cream, it was so good. We will definitely be back to try more.
