Place dropped the ball in a few ways. One, they called the recipient (the person who was supposed to be receiving the flowers as a gift) and asked them when they were picking up? Two, flowers were slightly wilted upon pickup. Pretty disappointing.
Delivery was done in a timely fashion. I picked flowers to be sent to my daughter after going through a very long labor and it being her first child. I made it a deluxe arrangement so it would be big and full of beautiful flowers, the arrangement was disappointing for the cost. The arrangement was not full and at best was maybe a standard bouquet. Was very disappointed was wanting something special for my baby that her first baby.
They are very friendly and very helpful
Something Special goes above and beyond my expectations. I have ordered a few unique arrangements from them. They listen and strive to meet my expectations. Shana, especially, does an excellent job.
Ordered flowers for my wife for her birthday. Delivered same day in under 2 hours. She loved them and I'm so thankful for the excellent quality and customer service!
