After receiving subpar service, I wrote a review for my father, stating true things that occurred with the "boss" Dillan. He was not too happy about this review and charged him a late fee and said (and I quote) "I'll take away the late fee when she takes down the bad review". David Schramm the owner is a crook. He stole my car from me literally. I bought a Hyundai Santa Fe from them in July from very beginning did not run right. Out of almost 2 months I think it was drivable for one. First month sat in my driveway for over 3 weeks. After I had previously took to their mechanic who said he fixed the problems which was a LIE!!!! But I could not get it looked at again until the mechanic came back from vacation.
