My experience at Somerville Hino Toronto has been disappointing. My truck has been in their shop for over 8 days and the repair is still not completed. Communication has been slow and I’ve had to follow up multiple times just to get updates. As a business owner, downtime is costly, and I expected more urgency and transparency from a commercial truck service centre. I hope they improve their turnaround time and customer communication.”
