BUYER ABSOLUTELY BEWARE. I would leave zero stars if I could - horrible product (Hino 195D) and even worse service. Our vehicle is essentially held hostage every time we bring it in to Somerville Hino for service or safety. Upcharges galore, miscommunications and finger pointing (if you're lucky enough to get any communication from them at all) and obscenely long wait times. Do not deal with this company under any circumstances, do not purchase any Hino products.
I recently took my truck at Hino ( Somerville) and my experience there with Vu Troung (Shop Supervisor) was one of my best experiences . He was very professional and polite . Thank you.
