they liar they nice and everything but they liar i moved out in the middle the months they told me if i moved on time i not have to pay the full months now i got bill charged me for the months i never was there and i asked them if i can stay 3-4 days longer they told me no i can't since they have to get the places ready for another peoples otherwise i will be charge for a full months now they send me a bill. about somerstone rewards points i asked them about 6 times always was any excused 300000 points never I got them

It is a great place to live!
I have been here for 1 year and recently renewed my lease again. Roxeanne has help me a lot and Stephanie is very nice. The atmosphere and appearance is getting better and the community is QUIET cooperating regarding the trash that they put outside and leave there for the whole weekend and they don't take it to the trash compactor. Anytime I have any maintenance issues they have been resolved on time. The staffing is awesome and I like my place.
Somerstone has truly made me feel at home and loved the staff their Amazing and during these times have made is whole ordeal easier to deal with Im absolutely glad I choose SomerstoneEst as my new home❤

I really like the fact that the staff is so friendly and helpful. Stephanie showed me a one bedroom. It was great! I really liked the property, appearance, atmosphere and most importantly the staff.
I loved the size of the apartment. Stephanie took her time to show me around the entire premises. The area is convenient and accessible to uptown and University city. It is situated where everything is eay to get to within a 20 miles radius.
I’ve Lived Here For Now 2 Years And I Can Happily Say The Staff Is Amazing !! They Treat You With Awesome Respect ✊!!! They Are Always Being Very Pelite . I Specifically Like To Be Attended By Stephanie !
