attempted to get my son of 16 years of age stitches on Saturday Feb 20, 2018 at approx. 4:30 pm and was turned away without a doctor checking him out - the girl at the front door said they would not due his stitches because they were on his face (eye brow) - I would have thought the doctor would have at least take a quick look at him and assess he is ok to go to another factuality - due to his code of service - or lack of - which for me with the way they reacted and responded I don't feel I could trust a doctor with that typ... read more
I waited 10 min before seeing a doctor. Very professional and welcoming staff. It was my third visit in this place and I can’t complain
We found the staff professional and helpful. The wait time was very short. However, it would have been helpful to have been warned that an expensive vaccine would not be covered by our insurance.

I went to Somerset Urgent care Wednesday night after I fell down the steps onto the cement patio with an EXTREMELY sore foot! The entire staff was very professional and compassionate! Both nurses,Trish and Jessica were very understanding and extremely helpful. And Dr. Spencer-Franchi was very nice and took her time with me and answered all of my questions. The facility was very clean and well organized. I highly recommend them! I would not hesitate to use them again in the future!
They are awesome. Went in for some stitches and i was in and out with the hour.
The staff was really awesome I was in such pain and they took great care of me
