Best call center service ever! Such polite, patient young women�
no good at all, i give a negative star to this place, they are terrible with customers especially at the mount pleasant branch, they will rip you off with FEES any chance they get even if they were at fault and basically liars don't deal with them at all!!!!
Somerset Trust in Confluence is a horrible bank. I have had a few issues there lately. My fiance works late and weekends, so I typically do his banking. He signed a check today on his way out the door, i went this morning to cash the check for him and i was told that "he did not sign the check". The check had his signature, along with mine, and the woman had my ID. The same said woman, a previous time, put his check in the wrong account.
