They don’t work with anything. Everyone that I have dealt with has horrible customer service manners. I worked customer service. Suck it up or get a different job!!!. I felt judged and every time I call everyone is rude. Called their tech line once to see if it was their site or my computer & the lady was so nasty with me! Done with this bank.

I absolutely love stopping by the branch. Everyone is unfailingly helpful and friendly. I have opened a CD at the Richland office and a checking account at the Main Office in Somerset. I could not have asked to have been treated better. Full transparency, and Sarah, the CSR at Somerset made sure I had full mobile access on my device before I left the office. My new favorite bank!!! *****

I've lived in many different regions of the country and have had varying degrees of success in dealing with local banks. Somerset Trust ranks at the top of the list mainly due to two things: customer service/friendliness and how much they help in the local communities they serve. It's no wonder they're growing like they are. Congratulations!
After almost 20 years, I am closing all my accounts today. Yesterday a teller made a huge mistake and an individual not on my accounts withdraw a large amount of money from two different accounts. How! Situation was corrected but it should have never happened. I am done with somerset trust!
Shuts my card of twice in one week. For purchasing online.... Not sure if anyone at the places knows it or not but that is the new economy. Stopping me from using money I work for is the fastest way to lose me as a customer.
I’ve been dealing with Somerset Trust for well over a year with several real estate endeavors. I can say they’re super easy to deal with.
