Multiple mistakes happening. Account was hacked, they covered the amount, then took the money back out, then put the money back in, almost bounced checks because of their disorganization, got a new card, they didn’t set it up correctly with savings. Went to get that fixed and they mistakingly shut the whole card down... did not know that until I went to use my card for groceries. Bank account was hacked. So far all I have gotten from them is an attitude. Be careful of this bank.

Have a joint account with my husband. Husbands card got hacked. Won't give me any info on MY account because its his card. Whats the point of a joint account if you can't get information on it. So I'm supposed to wait till 430 when he gets home to find anything out. In the meantime he can't get lunch or gas if he needs it because his card is suspended. All because they wont tell me anything on my own account. Closing my accounts yes more then one very soon.
Many banks left me feeling helpless when I was looking for a PPP loan. Some rest took care of us. I can’t say enough good things about them.

I had an issue and tried endlessly to get some help or a response. It's been a month, and still nothing. I even emailed a branch manager. No response. I hit a rough patch and they just didn't care. They don't care about people, they care about money.

The Confluence branch has always been there. They treat you well, help with problems and go out of the way to help you figure things out. They are all kind souls, even Josh who used to be at that branch and has risen in the ranks. Stay safe.
