I only chose this branch because it's close to the Social Security office. When I first opened an account I wanted to walk out because of the ignorant looks I got walking in. Everyone else is greeted and some even by name with a smile. Every time I walk in it's ignorant looks. I opened two accounts one for my teenage son and another rep payee for my oldest. Very good service, like a"hometown" bank & the employees are always curtious & helpful.
Every time I go into the Market Street branch I never have to wait long. Friendly, always greet me by name, and resolve any issue I may have immediately. I love this bank.
