We just had the most amazing tour with Valerie on 9/16. When I say this was hands down the best tour I have been on, I mean it! Valerie’s energy and commitment to this community is truly unmatched. She had answers for all questions and made sure we were comfortable. She got to know us both and constantly asked questions to make sure we were on the same page. She takes so much pride in her work and truly I could not have asked for anyone better. If you’re looking for a nice tucked away townhome, look no further than Somerset!
You are required to pay for valet trash service, which is fine...but they constantly miss picking it up, so you have to take it to the dumpster yourself.....whats the point?

Tucked away in it's own little corner just minutes away from the Domain. I was looking for a new community that was close to the nightlife but didn't want to be surrounded by it. I found Somerset and instantly loved it! The team is so kind too!
