I was experiencing terrible toothache pain and was very concerned that my tooth would need to be extracted. I called the office and the technician informed me that Dr. Egan was out of the office and I would need to wait a few days before I could get an appt. In the meantime she called in a prescription of antibiotics for me. In the meantime I texted Dr, Egan to see if there was anything else I could do. I cant believe how much I loved going here. Staff are happy, beautiful, energized people. The technology is cutting edge--with only 6% of dentists having this type of laser technologies. And Dr. Egan teaches laser techniques to dentists worldwide--which I didnt know. I got my first crown today--one of my teeth cracked in half. I left with a permanent porcelain type (I forget the exact terminology) crown and I really had alot of fun while I was there...saw the crown being milled from the remote computer 3D image. It was a very new experience for me. It was explained to me of the procedures as we did it which was very interesting. The staff was pleasant and Doctor Egan was very educational, calm, and we laughed as we spoke of the experience I was going through. I've known Dr. Egan since 1992 and I will keep seeing him for my teeth is surviving.
After more than 60 years, I finally like going to the dentist and actually enjoy the experience. The entire staff at Dental Doctors are ultimate professionals and so knowledgable. Although they do have the latest equipment, it is the staff that makes the whole dental visit and necessary work a calming event for me. I never thought I'd ever hug a dentist! I drive 35 minutes to be sure my teeth last me the rest of my life. Thank you .
