Dr. and nurses have always been compassionate towards my grandsons needs. They take the time to listen to him as he tells them his symptoms of illness. They explain to him everything that will be done to him and why it's being done. He has been going there since the age of 3. He's now 13. He feels comfortable with the Dr's and nurses and to me that's very important.
I am really disappointed. I took my son for a sick visit with high grade fever, cough and nasal congestion. They did not check him for Flu. When my wife called later, they said they make clinical decisions. I am not sure what else were they looking for. When she insisted, they said IF YOU WANT THE TEST WE WILL DO IT... And guess what he was positive. I am transferring care. They are not even unprofessional but dangerous. Please don't rely on their judgement and advocate for your children.
