I wish I had taken the previous reviews seriously when choosing an apartment community. We had signed all of the agreements before the lease, dropped off the security deposit, and were ready to move in two days. Then they email us that they accidentally quoted us the wrong price and we were going to owe $2k more over the life of the lease. "Sorry, nothing we can do." The leasing agents are useless. I told Melissa about the challenges of dealing with consumers energy and comcast and it went in one ear and out the other. The company for renters insurance that has pamphlets in the leasing office gave me a guote of $400. She said u can get it for $11 bucks a month, BS.
One washer, one dryer... FOR 8 UNITS!! And the "fitness center" looks and smells like a breeding ground for Staphylococcus and Tetanus, out of the 5 pools they brag about usually 2-3 are closed at any given time because they wont hire enough lifeguards ... the apartments themselves are just ok, nothing worth the cost though.. "new" windows leak in the winter, and the screen blow in on windy summer days. One word to describe is poor management and poor response to residents. They don't give proper information on any thing you ask and I stayed here for more than 7 years.
