No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine

Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. The chairs in the waiting room were very comfortable and easy to relax in while I waited for my appointment. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism

Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes

Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Did this provider have bad breath? Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.
