Somerset Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Group I had an appointment to extract a bottom molar on November 24th with the Somerset Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Group; however, on Sunday night, October 18, 2020, my tooth became so painful that I called to have the tooth extraction performed on Monday, the next day. My daughter had her wisdom teeth taken out last summer 2015 and the care she received was tremendous! Both before, during, and after she was well-educated about the procedure, the procedure was done quickly and well, and the follow-up was considerate and kind. They even called her at home to see how she was doing. (Even the billing part was done with kindness and helpfulness.) Highly, highly recommend.

Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? No, and they didn't want me to seek anyone else's opinion Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Somewhat, they eventually called me back

Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

Was this provider friendly? Polite Enough Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else! Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it Was this provider's staff friendly? No, they were rude Is this business in a safe neighborhood?
