First time visitor.Nothing but bad vibes .First I stood there awhile at reception desk Had trouble with computer.( Not a computer guy ) When asked to watch two videos,I was gonna record them on my phone to watch again later but it's not allowed though no signs saying so so ,I was doing that and person helping me became very rude from that point on .Id give zero stars if possible lol .100% healthy retired guy would have been happy to donate but apologized my way out the door feeling a bit creeped out and very uncomfortable Wa... read more

I've been donating here for 3+ years Ked is definitely the highest paying center in the area at $100 per donation. They do over work their staff and have cut down on donor amenities though. The place is clean and I feel safe though.

I had W-2 with my SS# and legal name. I had proof that my legal name on my ID matches my current address. I had mail with my legal name and address. I had a photo of my SS card. I was told that wasn’t enough to prove my identity. It was a waste of time and the woman in charge was rude and condescending. I won’t be going back there to donate.

My first two times there we're great and then my third time they denied me because of my address that I use for the first 2X which I live in a safe and clean environment
