It all depends on who you see. I do both clinic and a provider. Which last two visits was clinic. And they where better then seeing my provider. Which I am trying to change.
I called them to come to attend to my elderly parent in her home. They came and spent all of 20-30 minutes with her and were supposed to follow up with someone to come out and get my moms blood work done. Almost 2 weeks and calling everyday to find out what's going on with a much needed blood work up, I got voice mail and the few people I did talk to never got back to me. Now I'm back to square one with my mothers health concerns. Would not recommend Somerset Family Practice to anybody.
Your walk in clinic sucks I been out in the waiting room for almost 2hr
