This is the worst grooming place I’ve ever been to. I clearly explained the guy that my dog is feisty and he bites. What did he do? He picked him up didn’t even put him on a table and started probably choking him because he was crying and yelling and then he started peeing himself. My dog never Peed himself ever this is so disappointing and I am so sad that I even took my dog here I wish this experience never happened. You told me he would bite, so I held him in my arms, as soon as we clipped his first nail he started attempting to bite. We are very experienced in clipping aggressive dogs. You should get him professionally trained because he is a dangerous dog and will bite someone one day.

Had my dog groomed, today, first time. I checked out with a guy while my dog was let out of the grooming area and headed past me straight for the door. Odd. I thought I noticed a redness around his eye. As time has passed since 3:30pm here is his eye. Very frustrated that whatever happened was not communicated to me.
really great place. a little on the rougher side than what I would like to see my dog get handled for a trim but she was being unruly so they had to do what they had to do. I'll definitely bring her back. friendly. i will bring my older dogter in soon for nails too but we have worked with her since a traumatic experience of a nail clipping so she it Leary but she will be great if gentle with her. I highly recommend. Dora should be good after a few times or normal nail clippings. thanks

Took my 11 year old husky here. It’s the 1st time in years she was able to get a full grooming done! She’s a difficult dog to groom! Skylar did an amazing job on her!
Our puppy Bella had her first grooming today. The owner and staff were amazing and cut her just as we asked. We’ll definitely be bringing her back. Highly recommend them!
