This company is very fraudulent and misleading in their application process. They prey on young adults and first time renters. My 20 yo son applied was a first time renter and applied for an apartment based on a $35 application fee with a $300 application deposit. He was approved for the apartment but with an additional $300 deposit. He then decided to not take the apartment and look elsewhere. The Apartment Complex Manager was very cordial and professional during the time of our first visit; and she was very cordial and open to us during our second visit as well... It was nice to be treated with decency... and not like you were money to them. Future reviews will follow up in comparisons to this First Review.
