This company is very fraudulent and misleading in their application process. They prey on young adults and first time renters. My 20 yo son applied was a first time renter and applied for an apartment based on a $35 application fee with a $300 application deposit. He was approved for the apartment but with an additional $300 deposit. He then decided to not take the apartment and look elsewhere.
