Too high of price for the square footage and area. The carpet in the bedroom needs removed asap! Gross. About a month and a half ago they had another unit listed for $669 + $30 for water. Now they want $709 + $30 for water. I understand some updates were attempted in the specific unit I viewed but they are not done well. The bathroom light switch is in the kitchen which is weird too.
