Under new management and this place is horrible. A family friend was evicted from her home after she asked them to fix her air when it went out. She was without air conditioning for over 30 days and these people would not fix her air. Instead the people who own this complex told her she had 24 hours to leave her apartment and remove her items. They are heartless people. I would not recommend living there. Lived with a friend until school started and moved back home. People say it's clean and it's not. There are pot holes everywhere. There is no land lady on sight and thus there are several parties and people coming onto the property that don't even live here. The swimming pool was never cleaned out or filled when water was dropped below the filter level.
