i lived there many moons ago my apt(lived there for 4months) and i had mice which the landlord didnt anything about. the landlord and i were not on good terms i found out later he happen to had been a ex cop the user name is a joke..... lol
if you're in a serious crunch ok...livable, better than not having a home. but seriously, place is falling apart, tenants are less than desirable and full of cockroaches!
