Somerset has been a wonderful place to live! Maintenance is quick to respond and efficient in their work. If any problems arise, they will leave a note on your door of what happened or if some kind of scheduled maintenance will be happening. Of course they also leave a note if they had to come into your apartment explaining why. The staff has always been super helpful specifically, Chloe and Krystal in the office and one of the maintenance men (I didn't catch his name, but he helped me change a tire one morning IN THE RAIN!!... read more
This is absolutely the most deplorable place in Lewisville. This complex is the most unsafe, filthy and horrible place I have ever lived. Shootings , drug deals in broad daylight and absolutely no one cares how loud and disturbing they are to their neighbors! Do not for any reason rent these over priced ghetto apartments.
Been here for a little over a month and I love it. Very friendly and helpful staff, This place has a small town feel to it, all of my new neighbors are really friendly.

Great and friendly staff. only draw back is the back pool is closed more then it's open and thats the one i live near lol
I like it here. The office has been really responsive when I've had request for service. If I had one criticism would be they need more parking space
