Was the Dental Care provider able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes Will this Dental Care provider try to get you an appointment ASAP if you have an emergency? Absolutely Was the waiting area spacious enough? Totally Does the provider's staff try to accomodate your schedule when booking appointments Not really Did you feel that your waiting time was acceptable? Not really

No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Had the procedure done in the Lebanon office, but was first seen in the Somerville office. The Somerville office is very busy and they seem overwhelmed. I originally called the Hillsborough office to schedule a consult. They scheduled me for Somerville without telling me it was Somerville. Drove all the way to Hillsborough only to have to drive over to Somerville. I asked why would they schedule me for Somerville (and not tell me) when I called Hillsborough. Sometimes, it was a little frustrating Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Somewhat Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud
