I felt I received expert guidance on options and clear answers to questions; attentive care; and quality results.
I scheduled a consultation almost two months ago and never received any reminder or follow-up. The office said I “missed” the appointment and wanted to charge a $150 rescheduling fee, even though there was no reminder. For someone planning to spend $15k ++, a simple courtesy reminder shouldn’t be too much to expect. This felt unprofessional and left a bad first impression. My experience with Dr. Somenek was superb and I couldn’t be happier with my results only one week after my procedure. I had a small bump on my nose removed and found the whole experience painless and easy. The staff were exceptional and compassionate and helped put my mind at ease when I was on the fence about doing my procedure. I can’t recommend Dr. Somenek and his practice enough.

From my very first appointment through surgery day and all my post-op visits, the care I received was absolutely exceptional.
