okay – lived her 2 years. I love the location. The staff is veri nice in the office. I've had issues with the old appliances but ver all the apartment is nice.
Just moved in! – I just moved into Sombra del Oso apartments and have to say that the office staff made it so easy for my daughter and I to truly enjoy our move. Would highly recommend!
Sad to leave – I have lived here for 5 years. I have to move because I am retiring and moving back home. Had it not been for that I would stay living here. I have loved living at Sombra del Oso.
Still Happy here! – I've lived at Sombra del Oso now for almost 3 years. And I can honestly say that I think the office staff and maintenance are awesome! I recently called in a work order for my dryer and the maintenance was very prompt and although they couldn't fix the problem, they replaced my dryer with a new one. The office staff and maintenance are always very friendly and helpful
Caring Staff at Sombra del Oso Apartments – I wanted express my appreciation to the staff at Sombra del Oso apartments where I currently live. I have lived there now for almost two years. No matter what I go into the office for, whether it's good or bad, the office staff and maintenance are great! They try their hardest to fix whatever problem I may have in my apartment.
