Sarah Lashley and her team are terrific! I came to Somavida with lower back and jaw pain in August. The treatments were so effective and soothing that I couldn't stop going once a month, even though my pain is now virtually gone. As a competitive (aging) tennis player, periodic tune-ups help me stay at the top of my game!

I am immensely grateful for Somavida in my life! I have progressed from 1X/week treatments to 1X/month and am pain-free most of the time! Sarah and staff are great listeners and compassionate professionals. A very special, very personal place for healing and pain relief! Can't recommend highly enough!

Sarah has always been the muscle whisperer to me! From helping me with knee pain to shoulder pain and jaw issues -she knows just how to help my muscles and she helps educate me about my body too. I always leave feeling a million times better. And today I got an introduction to Al Rush and I felt like we were a team working together to get my muscles to relax and let go. He is fantastic!

I've known and been a patient of Sarah for many years now. I am a genera dentist and I refer a lot of patients to her for muscular jaw pain problems. I have seen her work miracles with me and with the patients I send to her. Recently, I had another flare-up of my chronic back pain and saw her new associate Al, He got right to the source of it and had me walking upright in one session! He is every bit as good as Sara and I would highly recommend both of them! Thanks you guys. Keep helping people feel better.

Sarah has really worked miracles for my pain. I started going to her 2 years ago with tmj so awful that I could barely open my jaw. I couldn't eat apples or even large sandwiches! Within a few weeks of treatment I was feeling much better and my jaw joint released. I have continued to see her to keep the tmj away and work on headaches and other pain, including pregnancy related SI joint pain. She has done wonders for all of it, and is also a caring and wonderful person. I highly recommend her!
