Cara is incredible. Talk therapy never worked because the CPTSD was wrecking my nervous system. She taught me the skills to self regulate and I feel like a completely different person compared to a year ago. Worth every penny and many more.
If I could add a few more stars, I would. I have had a few therapists throughout the years, and most all of them have been wonderful. I would say that Paige has been by far the most beneficial towards my growth. She’s compassionate, empathetic, and has tremendous insight, knowledge, and perspective. Highly recommended!
I have been with Somatic Therapy Partners for over two years now and I am so grateful for them! My therapist has been amazing to work with and it’s changed the way I approach life and has taught me how to work with my nervous system instead of against it. Would highly suggest trying it, especially if talk therapy isn’t doing it for you!
