If I could add a few more stars, I would. I have had a few therapists throughout the years, and most all of them have been wonderful. I would say that Paige has been by far the most beneficial towards my growth. She’s compassionate, empathetic, and has tremendous insight, knowledge, and perspective. Highly recommended!
I have been with Somatic Therapy Partners for over two years now and I am so grateful for them! My therapist has been amazing to work with and it’s changed the way I approach life and has taught me how to work with my nervous system instead of against it. Would highly suggest trying it, especially if talk therapy isn’t doing it for you!
