Justin’s approach to therapy is such a breath of fresh air. Between brainspotting and learning to look within, he has this gentle way of helping you work through things without judgment. I seriously can’t recommend him enough!

Since working with Justin, I’ve been feeling so much better. I really appreciate his gentleness and the way he shows up. We usually do brainspotting, sandtray, and IFS, and that mix has been super helpful for me. He’s great at helping me get out of my head and into my body and emotions, which used to be really hard for me. I’d recommend him to anyone looking for support!
